STEAMit maintains its series of teacher trainings. The creators of STEAMit hosted a workshop titled "STEM - STEAM practice in formal education" for educators from the Contemporary Education Academy. The session was geared towards familiarizing teachers with STEM-STEAM educational methodologies, including planning and executing pertinent projects.
During the workshop, the teachers engaged with STEAMit's STEAM kit. Their task involved devising a STEAM-based activity centered on animation and developing a lesson plan around it. Following this, the educators showcased their creations through presentations, which were then collectively discussed and reviewed by each group.
