“Innovation, Inclusion, and Quality Project – Georgia I2Q (IBRD).”

In partnership with STEAMit, a grant project submitted by Telavi State University named after Iakob Gogebashvili was funded under the Competitive Innovation Fund (CIF) grant competition, established through the program approved by the Georgian Minister of Education and Science on March 9, 2020, by Order No. 338, titled "Innovation, Inclusion, and Quality Project – Georgia I2Q (IBRD)." Alongside STEAMit, the project partners include: Akaki Tsereteli State University (LEPL); The Copernicus Science Centre. The project will be implemented over a period of 15 months. Within the framework of the project: * STEM laboratories will be established and equipped at the Faculty of Education Sciences at Telavi State University (TESAU) and the Faculty of Pedagogy at Akaki Tsereteli State University (ATSU), providing basic resources and STEM kits for chemistry, physics, biology, geography, mathematics, and engineering-robotics. * University-level STEM courses and a methodological guide will be developed for current and future teachers. * 20 pilot schools will be selected, and each school will establish and equip its own STEM laboratory. * Teachers from the pilot schools will be trained by Georgian and Polish trainers. The "Innovation, Inclusion, and Quality Project – Georgia I2Q (IBRD)" is implemented by the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia and funded by the World Bank.
